All of our outdoor fitness classes are run by instructors with a history of group sport and exercise and all have recognised fitness training qualifications. They will help motivate and encourage you back into fitness!
Classes are grouped by your ability and are for all abilities, from those just starting to exercise who want to lose weight, to the already very fit.
We run Bootcamps on the Manly foreshore, and in Tingalpa.
